can we pause on the topic of Boy Bands before I show the gorgeousness that is hailey?I know, I know...a lot of you just went, huh? ummmmmm, why?lol...because.in meeting the gorgeous girl in todays photographs, I learned a few things about her...one, she has impeccable taste in clothes and accessories...two, she is sweet, easy to talk to, and incredibly smart academically.three, she has insanely beautiful full and curly hair that the windy day somehow made more beautiful. :)and finally four...she likes music...more specifically, unashamedly admits her love of boy band music.I say unashamedly like somehow that's a bad thing...it's really not.in fact, the vast majority are in agreement with her liking boy bands.but it's the way that she said it that makes me want to give her extra cool points...she laughed when I asked what kind of music she like and said"yep, I'm totally eighteen years old and LOVE boy bands...as in I would spend all my money going to their concerts."I've said it before, but confidence is attractive...and her unashamed admission to her love of boy bands translated to confidence to me.after photographing her, I got to thinking about the music she loves...what IS it about boy bands that is so attractive and worth declaring your love over?so I googled it. ;)yep, I so did.and you know what I realized?in reading through the top 25 boy bands of all time...I think I just might fall into the same category as Hailey...think about it...ABC by the Jackson 5...boy band and you can't help but dance to that song.Bye Bye Bye by NSYNC...tell me you're not humming the song in your head right now and doing the dance moves.Here Comes the Sun; Hey Jude; Imagine all by the Beatles...and the very definition of a Boy Band.With or Without You; Elevation or Beautiful Day by U2...not typically personified as a Boy Band...but yep, boy band.Steal My Girl by One Direction...you know you rocked out to this when it first came on the radio...don't lie. :)and who can forget the somewhat one hit wonder boy band Hanson...you KNOW you can mumble/sing all the words to MmmmBop...again, don't lie. ;)all this to say that Hailey...I love that you made me research this and since researching this...yes...I too unashamedly admit that I like Boy Band music too. ;)thank you for the afternoon, Hailey + Lisa...you both were a pleasure to spend time with! :)
