photography | me + elizabeth ann photographyvenue | the paseodress | the white dress in portland in stella yorkshoes | bcbgveil | bel aireflorals | everybody loves flowersmakeup | cassandra ravenhillhair | grace boltonvideographer | logan lauriandj | jimmy davenport – starz entertainment the trick and the challenge in planning a weddingis to plan it so well that the entirety of the day you are able to enjoy the day you so meticulously planned.that is a hard, steep feat for most who typically only plan one wedding in their lifetime.these two did so seemingly effortlessly!what I think made this wedding stand out to me was thatnot only did jordan + kaitlin plan there day so incredibly well that they simply enjoyed it,but they were wise and fortunate to have SO many surround them to orchestrate such a seamless, magical + heart-felt day.honestly, it was 100% stunning + happy from start to finish.from the girls getting made even more beautiful by grace + cassandra,to the first look where jordan + kaitlin were surrounded by most of their family + friends(it was so sweet to see everyone's excitement as they saw each other for the first time in the day!)to the happy goofiness mixed with beauty of their friends as we took the bridal party pictures out in the desert...(side note - you can tell a lot about a person by the people they choose to surround themselves with...these two are beautiful/funny/goofy/loyal and people I would want to spend a lot of time with!)as the day progressed we had been anticipating sort-of crazy weather for arizona,but just before kaitlin was to walk down the aisle,the weather broke and a rainbow made it's way across the superstition mountains...talk about magic!the happiness of the day continued well into the night as they danced (oh, yes! they danced!) and partied until the very endwhen their loved ones sent them off to happily ever after through a tunnel of sparkles and cheers...seriously, I am in awe of the happiness and perfection of this day and it could not be more deserved to these two beautiful people.thank you for having us, dekkers + wagners - it was an absolute pleasure getting to photograph this most memorable day!
