I cannot think of this day and this session without smiling.let me set the scene a little bit for you...a perfect sixty-five to seventy degrees...a scattering of clouds...a light breeze blowing gently through the forest of pine trees...nearby you can hear the sound of the creek as it bounces over large river rocks...and THESE two.these two high school sweethearts...spending a beautiful afternoon in the forest.*enter me*I hesitate even writing this next part...but honestly, it's too funny not to tell AND it makes me smile even bigger when I think of the day. ;)I descend upon their beautiful forest scene and I kid you not...within the first five minutes of getting my gear out of the car,amidst the chirping birds, the bubbling creek...the whispering wind through the beautiful scenic pine tree's...RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.yep.OH, yep.my jeans decided this was the exact moment that they needed to spontaneously combust.I must have snagged them on something but I now stood in the midst of all this beautyabout twenty five miles away from any kind-of remote looking clothing storewith no extra kind of clothing AT allwith literally a two foot hole in the back of my jeans.yep.laugh it up...I still am. ;)thankfully, no THANKFULLY taylor and dani are good friends of mine and together we quickly realized that kyle had anextra pair of basketball shorts in his trunk that I could borrow to shoot with so the day wasn't ruined and so that I didn't permanently visually violate kyle + mason for the day ;)I have never been more thankful for a pair of freshman basketball gym shorts.but you know what...I'd do it all again in a heartbeat to have gotten to spend this day the way I did...that beautiful scene I described p.e.r.f.e.c.t.l.y. accentuated Kyle + Taylor's most beautiful love they have for each other.I literally CAN.NOT. wait until December to photograph the two of you say "I do." to each other!and I promise...no more spontaneous combustion. ;)
