from the second elizabeth and I pulled up to the seriously cool studio's at overland crossing in the heart of denverI knew this was going to be a seriously cool day.white washed original brick walls, exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, an original boiler from illinois as part of the bar,and old barn doors throughout the venue set the perfect modern industrial backdrop to this beautiful wedding.as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the fabulous Kim who was coordinating the day,her staff and crew made the day flow effortlessly and it was a joy to just get to relax and enjoy the day...you'd be surprised at how often coordinating defaults to the photographer...kim is a pro and allowed us to focus on our job ofdocumenting this most beautiful day.a few of my favorite moments were when greg + audrey secretly gave each other notes right before they walked down the aisle...they had been dating for 8 years until this day and get to see first hand that not only were they marrying each other, they were each others best friends.from the pictures they look like a 1930's-ish fashionable couple...but as beautiful/handsome as they are, they are goofy/fun-loving with each other as well...in my opinion - that friendship/ability to have fun together out lastsany beauty that might be there. :)the other favorite moments were from their families...as soon as my sister introduced me I got"so THIS is the infamous Jen...we're so glad you could be here with elizabeth today - we LOVE your work too!"just, what?!one, that makes me love my sister and how she talks about me behind my back ;)and two, talk about feeling welcomed and loved from the first few seconds!yes, this family and more importantly this couple were an absolute joy to get to photograph and spend the day with!congratulations, greg + audrey! :)photography: elizabeth ann photography + kreatid photographyvenue: The Studio's at Overland Crossingflorals: Twig's + Posiesbridal attire: D'Anelli Bridal + BHDLNgroom's attire: Ben Sherman + Calvin Kleincatering: SAVAdj: Billy with Elite DJ
