there are very few people that remind me of him...and this is one of the few.I've known of derek for a while...mostly in the beginning from him.he is one of those guys who comes off quiet in large social situations,but when you get him one on one he is wise and has great opinions and stuff to say.he laughs easy...and is respectful even in his humor - not crass and immature...just witty and fun loving. :)he's artistic...he's actually a pretty dang good photographer...he hasn't pursued it fully yet, but I'm telling you, take notice when he does. :)he has incredible taste in shoes. ;) (yeah, you know I was going to have to say something...you do.)but I think the thing that reminds me the most about my friend is thatderek very vocally and by how he lives his life is not concerned with what the world says a man is to be about...he's much more concerned about what God says a man is supposed to be about and he's striving to live like that.derek, I so enjoyed getting to spend the afternoon with you...I cannot wait to see where God takes your life! :)
