I've been binge watching Downton Abbey while I've edited this week so maybe that's why I'm coorelating this family to the Crawley family for this post? ;)there were two quotes that resonated with me:"she'll love you forever if you let her."and"we're family, we always stick together."in getting to spend the afternoon with this family,I noticed that the two "kids" in this family couldn't be more different.one likes to be under the hood of a fast and powerful hunk of machinery,the other likes the stage and the drama and emotion of theater.one's blonde, one's brunette...one's a boy, one's a girl ;)BUT,the way they interacted with each other made me smile...sarcastic, witty, good-natured, both independent...and well raised to respect each other and their differences.in my own life, as soon as the edges of childhood faded as we got my brother and sisters got older,it allowed the opportunity to choose to be friends.this brother and sister are right on the edge of that same season in finishing high schooland figuring out the direction in life they are to go in.yep, they made me smile and wonder what life would look like in five to ten years for each of them.the other thing I noticed is the husband and wife in these photographs.I don't care how old or how young, how many years you've been married,how many kids you have, how many occupations you have,getting to photograph people who genuinely love each other and aren't shy to be sweet on each otherwill forever make me happy.webb family, thank you so much for the afternoon...it was an absolute pleasure! :)
