if you're a girl, more than likely you've grown up reading a fairy tale or two.cinderella, sleeping beauty, beauty and the beast, snow white...all of them have a similar theme...girl is busy about doing life when prince charming happens upon her life and swoops her up to happily ever after.can I be honest?I have never in all of my days of living met someone who has lived out a real-life disney fairytale...it just isn't real life...especially now-a-days...typically you can find the princess being raised well by a family,and then that princess goes off to college to pursue a career and finds that she's good at it...all the while in the back of her mind wondering when that fairy tale prince charming might show up...unless you have a fairy godmother and pumpkin in your backyard,matching up the princess and prince charming is a little bit more challenging than simply singing "bippidi boppidi boo" ;)I think that's why I love today's couple that I got the privilege of meeting and photographing with elizabeth this past weekend.both of them come from incredible families...families that abundantly love them and is evident to see and watch,both of them are incredibly intelligent and successful in their lives...she a pharmacist and he a lab technician.but without the modern-day fairy godmother matchmaker of eharmony,these two incredible people might never have happened upon each others life...and I'm so glad they did because my favorite thing about this wedding was their first dance.they happily whispered into each others ears and would in turn have their faces light up at each other...*happy sigh*yep, I love my job getting to photograph beautiful people like these two at the beginning of their happily ever after...congratulations again, roman + sheehan!and happy happily ever after! :)
