I have never felt more like rafiki in all my life than with this week.who is rafiki?THIS is rafiki. ;)yup.I feel like the over-excited baboon from the lion king about the arrival about this little man. ;)you see, I have waited and prayed for this little man for the last ten years.yup.ten. years.why? why wouldn't I have given up this prayer of mine?because in my heart, I knew the desires of their heartand could see the good in God providing another baby to this family that is so precious to my heart.these people are MY people.she is MY person...their son is MY two kids' "brother from another mother" as they put it. :)these people welcome anyone and everyone into the much and little that they possess...these people are faithful to pursuing what HE is about...and when I prayed for them, I could. not. get this verse out of my mind:“I will surely return to you about this time next year, and your wife will have a son.”God is teaching me that a day to him is a year to us...so a year to Him apparently is ten. ;)yesterday at 7:48 a.m...God smiled and agreed that the "year" was up...
