CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS

½ cp Coconut Flour½ cp Almond Flour2 tsp Baking Powder2 cloves Fresh or Frozen Garlic1 tsp Garlic Salt½ tsp Onion Powder1 tsp Dried Parsley¾ cp Shredded Cheddar Cheese (a little extra for topping at the end!)4 large Eggs8 oz Cream Cheese1. Preheat oven to 350 Degree’s F.2. In a large bowl, mix coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, garlic, garlic salt, onion powder + dried parsley. Add in eggs + cream cheese until well combined. On a lower mixing speed, mix in cheddar cheese.3. Drop by rounded spoonfuls (I use my ¼ cp cookie scoop) onto a non-stick pan. They’re larger biscuits (just like at red lobster!) and I got 7 biscuits total.4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned around the bottom edges.5. Remove from oven and sprinkle on extra cheddar cheese (if desired!).6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. cheddar bay biscuits2
