growing up I never knew I would be as fascinated about Canada as I am now.yes, all of us grew up watching Anne of Green Gables so dreams of Prince Edward Island were dreamed about often, but Victoria is moving up in my "need-to-travel-to" dreams largely in partbecause of these beautiful people who I am happy to call my friends.the funny things is, as I write this, they are actually in their homeland...Canada. :)(don't you just want to try and sing their national anthem anytime anyone says "canada"?!) no? it's just me?! ;)yes, I LOVE these people and I LOVE that I got to photograph their whole family this year!he is a literal james bond...what Gilbert knows of him is only a small facet of who he is and what he's made himself to be.besides that, he is a loving husband to her and great father to them!and SHE?! she makes the world a more beautiful place to live. :)I often call her the "hostess-with-the-most-ess" and she is...she is welcoming, inviting and has the gift of hospitality in spades.the oldest girl is someone who I admire a lot.her beauty is effortless and the things that make her most beautiful aren't necessarily what you see with your eyes...she is an incredible friend to many, a hard-worker at GCU, a servant and an incredible older sister and daughter. :)ahhhh, but the youngest?I suppose if I had to be honest, the youngest is an absolute-all-time-favorite girl of mine...I've gotten to walk with her for these past four years and know her as a friend...she is witty, strong, funny, hardworking, crazy smart, she loves Jesus in a real-everyday-heartbeat-way andshe is an incredible sister and daughter...oh yeah, and she's stupid gorgeous on top of all that...I always tell her that her green/blue eyes are some of the rarest and most beautiful in all the land. :)yup, I love, love, LOVE this family and I was so happy to have gotten to spend an afternoon with them! :)
