my favorite memory of her is in california on the steps of wiley dorms.we had waited until the last night to have our chat.I didn't know her all that well - just "of" her.I was amazed at how open and honest and articulate she was in pouring her heart out to me.me being someone she knew "of" but not first hand yet.being vulnerable takes a lot of guts.and then being receptive and trusting to the words of the person you are being vulnerable takes a whole lot more guts.that's my favorite memory of this beautiful girl.outwardly beautiful,but strong, compassionate, vulnerable, teachable and figuring out how to be wise in a world that makes it confusing.I love this girl...I love her heart...and her beauty makes her shine even more so because of it.love you, sarah...thank you for these past few years and this afternoon getting to photograph you in this season of life!I can. not. WAIT to see what comes next for you in this next season of life!
