secret dreams...everyone has them.you know the secret dreams that you're never really going to pursue, but that your heart gets happy thinking about?as a kid, you dream of being an astronaut, or police officer, or a princess, or batmanor if you're lucky and have a really good imagination...some kind-of combination of all of those dreams.(THAT would be impressive - a princess batman in space fighting crime!) ;)honestly, the childish ability to dream is a large reason I'm a photographer today...because I pursued a dream artistically and professionally.but back to those secret dreams...one of my biggest secret dreams is if I could be anything this side of heaven?

I would be a dancer.

yup, go ahead...snort-laugh at me. ;)but it's true.I get to meet a lot of high school seniors who have pursued the dream of being a dancer since they were little...practices, leotards...dance feet sores, bruises all over their bodies...they've put the sweat and tears into chasing their dreams...and they. are. gooooooood.their bodies lift and swell to music in ways I can only imagine,they have the ability to fling their bodies into the air in a way that is quite possibly the closest thing to flying that I have seen.the detailed hand flicks and pointed toes accentuate the music and create emotion that is absolutely captivating to watch...*sigh* it's just beautiful.I'll never be a dancer.and I'm content with that...I can look forward to heaven and maybe dance there. ;)but OH, the joy I get to have watching the people in front of my camera dance for me.it makes this dreamer oh, so happy.addie...you are smart, witty, and beautiful.effortlessly.THANK YOU for leaping over 100 times for me...your session?it makes me happy. :)
